In representing our clients Carter Claims will:

  • Visit the scene

  • Represent the client on the site visit by Insurers appointed Loss Adjuster

  • Assess the Loss

  • Supply detailed claim costs to Insurers in submitting the claim for the client.

  • Liaise and negotiate settlements for his clients

  • Advise and assist with Risk Management, Risk Assessments, Incident Investigation with Root Cause Analysis, Safety Statements and Training and Auditing into the future.
